Level 5 Hoarding Cleanout - 1-Bedroom Apartment

This project involved a 1-bedroom apartment with severe hoarding conditions, heavy debris accumulation, and unsafe living conditions. The property was impacted by multiple rat families, a roach infestation, and visible mold contamination throughout the apartment.

Our team first completed the debris removal process, clearing out trash, damaged belongings, bagged waste, and other accumulated contents from the unit. After the debris was removed and the full condition of the apartment could be properly assessed, the property required a more extensive restoration approach. Due to the level of contamination and damage present, the apartment was demolished down to the studs to prepare the space for the next phase of recovery and rebuilding.
